This site gives general information about Walnut Hill Property Management and our property management services in Philadelphia, PA, and lets you contact us. Nothing on it is an offer, a lease or legal advice.
Your lease or management agreement governs your tenancy or property. If anything on this site differs from it, the lease or agreement applies.
Using the site
Please use the site lawfully. Don't try to break into it, disrupt it, or send spam or harmful content through its forms. What you send us should be accurate and yours to share.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program: Walnut Hill Property Management sends text messages to tenants, owners and others who give us their mobile number and agree to receive them. Messages include account sign-in codes, maintenance and payment notifications, and replies to your inquiries.
Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. After you reply STOP, we'll send one message confirming you've opted out and won't text you again unless you sign up again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we handle your mobile number is explained in our Privacy notice. We don't share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for marketing.
The tenant portal
The tenant portal is a separate service with its own terms, which you'll see once you sign in.

The text, logo and design of this site belong to Walnut Hill Property Management. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking us first.
No guarantees
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. We can't promise it will always be complete, correct or online, and to the extent the law allows we aren't liable for losses that come from using it.
