What we collect

When you send the owner inquiry or contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and your message or property details.

If you agree to receive text messages from us, we keep your mobile number, a record of your consent, and the messages we send you and any replies.

To stop spam and abuse, the site also looks at the IP address your request comes from. It is kept in the server's memory only, for up to a day, and is never stored in a database or sent anywhere.

Why we use it

To read and reply to your message, to send the text messages you agreed to receive, and to keep spam off the site. Nothing else.

Who processes it

Your message is delivered to our inbox by our email provider, Resend. Text messages are sent through our SMS provider, Twilio. The site is hosted by Railway, our domain's DNS runs on Cloudflare, and our email is Google Workspace. Each handles the data only to provide that service to us.

Text messages (SMS) and mobile information

We use your mobile number only to send the text messages described in our Terms of Use: account sign-in codes, maintenance and payment notifications, and replies to your inquiries.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We may share information with subcontractors that support our services, such as our SMS provider and customer service tools, only so they can provide those services to us. This never includes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which will not be shared with any third parties.

No selling, no ads, no tracking

We don't sell or share your information for advertising. This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics.

How long we keep it

Form messages stay in our inbox for as long as we need them to deal with your inquiry or your home. We keep your text message consent and opt-out record for as long as we may text you, and as long as the law requires after that.

Your choices

Email us at info@walnuthill.io to ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any text from us.

The tenant portal

The tenant portal is a separate service with its own terms and privacy notice, which you'll see once you sign in.

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
